It was 2017 when Randy Smalls was faced with an unexpected revelation: his own daughter, Re’Onna, had engaged in a hurtful act of bullying a classmate. Confronted with the reality of his daughter’s actions, Randy’s reaction was far from typical. Instead of resorting to conventional disciplinary measures, he embarked on an unconventional path\u2014one that would not only correct Re’Onn’s behavior but also lend a hand of empathy and support to the victim, a young girl named Ryan Reese.\r\n

He went shopping with a girl who was teased. He also paid Ryan Reese, the victim, with money he had saved for his daughter. With this money, she was able to get her hair done.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

She gained life guidance\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Father Randy Smalls revealed that he was also bullied as a youth. Randy wanted his daughter Re’Onna to understand the pain and wrongness of her actions. She claimed to have learned a valuable lesson in life and went along with her victim’s purchase.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When his daughter joined the group of people laughing and making fun of Ryan, Randy warned her that if she continued to laugh, she was “signing the bully.”\r\n

“My daughter was upset, especially since she’s in fashion,” Randy said. She accompanied us and helped pick out Ryan’s new wardrobe.\u201d The shopping trip and display of affection were not isolated events.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The little girl was depressed\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Randy continued to take Ryan on monthly visits to hair and beauty salons and also helped with clothes shopping. Richauna revealed that her daughter was going through a tough time when her father, aunt, and grandfather passed away.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This, combined with the harassment, plunged her into a deep and dark melancholy. Her confidence was restored, and thanks to Randy’s generosity, she gained a new strength to interact with her school’s student body.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In addition, Randy has advice for other parents dealing with their children’s bullying.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

“We are responsible for the actions of our offspring. Under these circumstances, we must act as a father and not as a friend.”\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

According to Ryan’s mother, Ryan, and Re’Onna are “fine now”. Sadly, bullying occurs frequently in schools and often leaves children with emotional damage. Thanks to one devoted father, Ryan’s wounds are beginning to heal.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Re Onna no longer bullies people because she has learned from experience that you never know what someone is going through. These days, Re’Onna stands up for Ryan when he witnesses bullying at school.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Although Ryan initially believed that everything would be back to normal after Re’Onna’s dad took care of it, she’s thankful that things have gotten a lot better. Re’Onna’s father even invited Ryan to go with him and his daughters to their annual father-daughter Valentine’s dance.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
